President & Founder

Alix is the owner of HSV Marketing. She has been in marketing for over a decade in various industries, from the music industry to the dog food industry to the HR industry. Alix has a Bachelor’s Degree from Georgia Southern University, where she graduated in 2009. Alix is committed to pushing the boundaries of marketing, learning, and growth, both for herself and her team. Alix enjoys spending time with her husband, Phil, her two boys, Vin and Ray, and their dog, Bennie.

Vice President

Tami is an Account Coordinator at Flourish Consulting Services where she supports several client initiatives centered around strategy development, data reporting and analytics, social media, website design and optimization, industry research, and more. Tami graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of North Alabama in 2020 where she received a bachelor’s in business administration focused on digital marketing. Tami is a Huntsville transplant from Saint Louis, MO and in her free time, enjoys painting, reading, running, and spending time with her black lab, Flynn.

Secretary

Bailey is a Marketing Communications Specialist at Avion Solutions, where she leads a team of Advocates, empowering employees to market their company’s engineering capabilities through their personal expertise. In 2022, she graduated from the University of Alabama in Huntsville with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in digital communication and marketing. In her free time, Bailey can be found exploring Huntsville’s many coffee shops, writing books, or playing with her puppy, Goose.
